Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Tiberiade website, platform, digest and API (the "Services") provided by Tiberiade ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Services

Tiberiade provides market-intelligence tools that analyse publicly available financial discussions and press coverage to identify and track market narratives. Access to the platform and API is granted under a subscription or pilot agreement that specifies scope, volumes and fees; a quote is provided on request.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys confidential, for all activity under them, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use. Keys are personal to your organisation and may not be shared with or resold to third parties.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: exceed the rate limits or volumes of your plan; redistribute, resell or publicly display raw output of the Services without our written consent; reverse-engineer our models or architecture; use the Services to identify, profile or harass individuals; or use them in violation of applicable law, including market-abuse regulations.

4. Not investment advice

The Services provide informational analysis of market narratives. They do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation of any strategy. Investment decisions remain solely your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including our AI architecture, models, software, documentation and the structure of our outputs, are and remain the property of Tiberiade. Subject to these Terms and your agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the outputs for your internal business purposes. Third-party content analysed by the Services remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your quote or order form and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of access. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features, endpoints or data sources, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". Narrative detection relies on third-party public content and probabilistic models; we do not warrant its completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including trading losses or loss of profit.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate access immediately in case of material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and you must delete any API keys.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of [city], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
